The Foreman leads operations in the sewers under the major cities of the country, he is a stickler for the rules and hates trespassers. the machine he uses to bore new holes for massive sewage pipes is almost impenetrable apart from one small attachment, which can be used to send waves of sound through a bored tunnel to act like sonar.
